So, you are probably wondering, how in the world do you even come up with candidates to consider? Well, believe it or not, there are a few places that are profitable to check out. Have you hired any of your wedding vendors yet? If you have, ask them if they know of any photo booth providers that they feel would be worth checking out. We would be shocked if they did not. Start talking with your family, friends and coworkers about your potential plans. Maybe someone you know has rented a photo booth in the past. Find out if it was a great experience where all went well. If it was, you have yourself a candidate. The other avenue that you absolutely must pursue is tapping into the power of the world wide web. The best way to do this is to do a Google search for “photo booths in the Bakersfield area.” Yes, you will receive a long list of providers but it is best if you take your time and check each one out. Make special note of the equipment they use in their booths. If they use high end equipment and they seem to maintain their booths well, then add the provider's name to your list. Call up each one and setup a date and time to interview them about the possibility of having them provide a photo booth to your reception. But make sure that your meeting happens at the provider's location because you will want to check out one of the booths they rent out.
Once on-site, it will be time to ask some pertinent questions and take a tour of the facility. It is a very good idea to make sure that the company will have a booth available on your wedding date. How many people can the booth accommodate? Are you happy with the photo strips? Make sure they will be providing an attendant with the booth. You never know what my go wrong. You also need someone there to show your guests how to operate the booth and to restock the booth. How much will it cost you? Do they offer package deals? What is required to reserve a booth and their services? Once you have completed all of your interviews, sit back and compare all of your candidates and make a decision on who is going to be your provider.
